NAVER Cloud Corp.'s WORKPLACE: A Smart Work Environment on Your Mobile Device

NAVER Cloud Corp.'s WORKPLACE is an Android application that enables freedom of configuration and operation suitable for the company's characteristics and work environment. It allows users to set and manage annual leaves and work arrangements in adherence to company regulations while complying with the Labor Standards Act. With WORKPLACE, users can create or configure and use approval forms suitable for the company's characteristics, systematically manage business and part-time accounts separately, and assign work checklists necessary for processing new hires and retirements according to the characteristics and business of the company.

The application also features fast and accurate task processing utilizing AI technology. OCR is utilized for automatic input of receipt texts when expense settlements are requested, allowing expenses to be processed quickly and accurately. When used in combination with NAVER WORKS, users can process clock-ins/outs and request annual leaves through chatbot. WORKPLACE also provides various services necessary for work, including searching employees, composing and processing approval documents, creating and viewing bulletin boards, and processing attendance. It is also a payroll service that automatically calculates withholding taxes and 4 major insurances to provide payroll, year-end tax settlement, and retirement benefit management.
